Once you decide you would like to work with us on your project on move forward, we will send you some paperwork to engage our services.

• Depending on the nature of your job, a refundable deposit or engagement retainer may be required

Also known as the ‘Planning Phase’, this is where we get to work to start and figure out the ‘nuts and bolts’ necessary to complete your project. 

This phase of the project can typically cover anything and everything from spatial concept design, engineering and drawing production to fixtures/finishes listings, final pricing and permit acquisition. It all depends on the nature and scale of your project.

The time requirements (cost) of this pre-construction phase can range drastically depending on the scale and complexity of your project, and the level of service required from our team.

Great communication at the initial discussion stage (free) typically provides valuable insight into the amount of planning required for your project. Additionally to this, all hourly pre-construction work is billed bi-weekly, giving our clients ultimate re-assurance that they have their ‘finger on the pulse’ at all time.
