Our 13′ Rental Pods are a short-term, instant solution for adding private space to your business, home or worksite… in just 30 minutes. With no building permits necessary and no foundation required, set up and installation is easy with very little disruption to the ground or surrounding environment. Box pods are a slightly smaller (8′ x 10′ x 8.5’H) unit which utilize standardized window and door glazing options to create a more budget-friendly option for people on a tight budget or after a slightly small pod footprint.

We will conduct a quick inspection of your site for access – either in person or virtually, depending on location and availability.
Sign-Off
& Deposit
Step 3
Easy sign-off and payment of your damages deposit online confirms your booking – we accept all major credit cards.
Book Confirmation
Step 4
Sit back while we confirm trucking timelines and communicate your exact delivery day/time as close as possible to your preferred delivery date. Once this is known, your first month’s rental payment will be made payable prior to your scheduled delivery date.
Delivery Day
Step 5
We will come to your site on delivery day, install the unit for you in record time, and then you are ready to move in immediately! Easy!

rent-to-own program
Rent Today, Own When Ready
Our rent-to-own program offers a clear, flexible pathway to ownership after 12 months. From day one, we lock in your unit’s purchase price and apply 50% of your monthly rental payments toward your final buyout at the 12-month mark. If you decide to rent for longer than 12 months, no sweat! We will continue to offer rent-to-own terms, but at an ever so slightly diminishing return the longer you rent.
